"Buy The Pod Pro Ice Barrel"
I ordered the Pod Pro ice barrel as I wanted to upgrade as I have previously had the entry range, take it from me you need to buy the barrel I wouldn't bother getting a cheap one as the barrel is more than worth the extra you pay for it, the quality is so much better so take the jump and buy the barrel, also the more you spend the more inclined you will be to use it.

"Not robust"
Upgraded when the entry level one punctured. Went for the grey recovery pod pro.
It’s sturdier but still punctures too easily. I fixed the puncture using a repair kit but it still deflates over a couple of days. Not sure if it’s the one fixed or if there’s another.
It’s basically a container for water so it does that job but for the price of the recovery pod pro I’d expect it to be more robust.

I ordered this item in the 12th December. I received an email saying that it would not be delivered for over a month, there was no warning of this when I initially ordered, as I bought it as a Christmas present. I received another email saying that it would be delivered before the 24th January. I am still awaiting delivery and when I attempt to track the parcel it says that it has not been shipped yet.

ordered on 10 Dec 2024, n good time for a Christmas gift. On 17 Dec I received an email to say delivery would be 22 Jan and I would receive further info....... NOTHING.

Been waiting on an order since the 8th January,when contacting customer services I've had no reply with any update on my order that was supposedly in stock.seriously thinking about cancelling my order and buying off another company
I've already cancelled one order because of the time scale,I've purchased the smaller pod but after a week it started to leak and now does not hold water .

"Disappointing - Faulty valves means rings constantly deflate."
My son bought me a lumi pod over a year ago and for the first few months it was great - however the valves for the inflatable ring is now faulty and the stupid thing deflates every couple of days. In addition i purchased a new thermo lid and the ring on that also deflates constantly. Such a shame for what could / should be a great product the valves simply let it down and the ring on the bath is not replaceable on the version i have!!!! Disappointing. This really should not have passed the QA.
