My experience with this company has been nothing but disappointing.

I purchased an ice bath during their sale on December 15th, and it has only just arrived today, February 12th, nearly two months later. During that time, I received absolutely no support from the LUMI team. Their customer service has been the worst I’ve ever encountered, completely unresponsive and unhelpful.

To make matters worse, when the ice bath finally arrived, it came with missing parts and no instructions.

I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company.

"Absolute garbage"

Absolute garbage. Ordered before Christmas just arrived on 12th February. No pump to inflate it and no hose to empty it. Apparently they don't provide them anymore for environmental reasons even though they are listed as contents on the website and packaging. I honestly can't emphasise enough how bad this company is. My options are to buy a pump or try the soul sapping return process. Oh and you don't get a thermometer either. What a depressing process this has been from start to finish

Arrive unit it was half price and is excellent quality. Dunking couldn’t be easier as there are just 3 clips to open.

Excellent service and great aftercare when needed. I started with the basic pod and quickly moved up the range as I was using it daily. Lumi is the industry standard for ice baths.
