Having the Lumi pod is halving my recovery time from marathon training. I cant fault anything really. There is also a great community of other Lumi users which is great for any queries and advice

I was due to receive my lumi ice bath on 22nd January. Having heard nothing I contacted them and they explained there was an overwhelming response and a backlog on deliveries. Nearly 3 weeks later and 3 requests for a refund and I've not received a refund.

"Terrible avoid if you want the product you paid for"

Wish I could give a 0. Ordered a cold plunge, heard nothing for 21 day no updates on order status and no emails. So I got in touch, they told me there was a supply issue and would upgrade me for free to next model, so I agreed if it was to speed up delivers. Over 40 days since order placed still no update still and no change to order status so contacted again to be told the upgrade I was give was going to take another two week to be back in stock. Shocking service, zero communication unless I asked will never order again wish I asked for refund sooner.
