"Immensely disapointed."
Immensely disapointed.
I am a WimHofMethod instructor. So I needed an ice bath. I ordered a chiller and the older generation of tubs which was black, had 500 liters capacity and very thick back then. I received it and it was leaky. I thought "well things sometimes are broken. It is what it is..." I contacted CustomerService and sent me a barrel back. It was the wrong colour and it was thinner, smaller... Ià (And cheaper. So i wasn't having my moneys worth...). I sent it back.
After some back and forth we found a financial arrangement because they weren't doing the first option barrel anynore. So they sent the smaller one again
The chiller still works. But the barrel deflates although it is on a plane surface. No nails in sight. The barrel has been treated well (since it was my work tool). I contacted Custom'Service again... i was being pretty fed up this time... i mean, one leaky barrel, once a wrong parcel, once a deflating barrel... I asked them if they had a warranty on tubs. I HAD NO ANSWERS after numerous eMails.
Amazingly unprofessionnal and seemingly not trustworthy products.
Not recommendable.

We love our Lumi pod! So easy to assemble and use. The customer service is excellent. We recently had to contact the team and they were incredibly quick and helpful, resolving our issue swiftly.

Bought the ice bath in November and whilst doing a bit of maintenance I unfortunately broke one of the fittings on the hose, Contacted Lumi and a replacement was sent out immediately at no cost, Unbelievable service to replace it when no fault of there own, 10 out of 10 for customer service 👌

"DO NOT BUY"
DO NOT BUY. Lengthy delivery times (which means that once delivered you can't get a refund even if you want to as it's outside of the 30 day money back period). We've now had 4 faults with various parts- LUMI refuse to refund our money, even though the product is very poor quality and not fit for purpose. If they would rather send a whole new tub and 3 new inflatable rings rather than refund me £69, this gives you an idea of how cheaply made the product must be!! They say they will send replacement parts and don't send them- rendering the product unusable until they turn up (after we sent more emails) and refusal to accept any liability. Very unhappy customers.

Excellent product and customer service. Fast shipment, quality and value! I had minor setback when the top rings developed a puncture and the team has replaced them without any hassle. Business built around the customer needs, as it should be!

Scam company, what ever you do, do not shop here. You will have a nightmare of a treatment.
Luckily for me i know the laws around E-shopping, they will ruin your life if you do not know what their responsibility is.

Contacted lumi over an issue I was having with my pro pod, I love this pod and it fits so perfect with my grey and black theme on my deck.
One email and Rachel arranged a replacement!
It came so quickly!
My experience with lumi has been first class.
This company is one I will definitely recommend to friends and have raved about my pod since day one.
Now I can tell them to buy with confidence too.

"Love the LUMI bath got it as a gift…"
Love the LUMI bath got it as a gift from my partner. But something went wrong and my bath stared to leak. I contacted lumi and was put in contact with Rachel C from support. I sent a picture saying I was unsure what was going wrong, she advised me stating she believed it was part of the pump and sent out a new part to solve the problem, she was lovely and informative and sent out a new part immediately. Would totally recommend.

"Faulty valves refused to inflate"
Faulty valves refused to inflate. Pump provided about as cheap as they could possibly find and then broke. Customer service terrible, emails picked up by multiple different people starting from scratch each time and never a resolution. Basically drop shipping cheap Chinese tat.

"Not received my Lumi bath "
I ordered my Lumi 3weeks ago and I have still not received my ice bath or any details about when it will be delivered. What I do get is 2 emails every day trying to get me to invest in the company or purchase subscriptions or more items. I’m fed up of getting spam emails and I’m getting concerned that I haven’t got my item. I have contacted the help centre and I was told that they are very busy and my bath s due to be shipped but they could not tell me any more details. I’m not a very happy customer.
