Really disappointed with Lumni. Ordered mid December 2024 and still not delivered by Jan. 22nd. 2025. When I rang nobody available. No immediate callback when requested during online chat. I think this is poor. You can pay £20 for Express delivery but I think this is a cheek. Just my view..Will be requesting refund based on poor
service /lack of communication.

I made a purchase with this company back in December and was told item would be received in January. I hadn’t heard anything / received my order so I contacted them asking for an update. I was then told by someone called Leighanne that in order to receive my item I would have to pay £6.00 for delivery, but I have already paid for delivery when placing the order. The service has been absolutely shocking to say the least and I will not be using them again.

If I had known how long it would take to receive this product I would have purchased elsewhere. Absolutely shocking how demand cannot be met for special offers.

Great product and fantastic customer service. Had an issue with getting my chiller up and running and was able to get instant support via their chat service. They even replaced the hoses free of charge when I reached out after having an issue which was 100% my fault. Really loving the PRO ice bath, cold water immersion is a game changer!

I ordered an upgrade from my basic pod with a promised date of January 15th , 20th now and still no sign. I had a terrible experience the first time round with Lumi, and only went back because the price point was attractive. I used Myomaster for my chiller and had a great experience. Really do think twice about using Lumi.

I am not sue how this company doing the business and treating the customer. Ordered Pro pod ob 27/12/2024. Got confirmation email with Delivery on 15th Jan. asked for update on 7th Jan and was told will ship W/C 20th Jan. Ask today and it became W/C next week >> still waiting so think before you part with your money

I bought a lumi recently and when put together the lid was ripped. I contacted Lumi and at this point I need to add that it was just out with office hours. I got a response almost immediately asking for more information whichbI gave them. The next day a new lid was sent out and nothing was a problem. This has been the best service I have ever had from a company for an item I have bought. Highly recommend for amazing customer service and a fabulous product
