"I purchased a gift card for my wife"

I purchased a gift card for my wife. Everywhere on the site it says "returns are always free within 60 days." Even the first question of the FAQ stated ll returns are free. After I gave the gift to my wife, she went to the site and found that thier were no bras in her size. She contacted customer support and they were no help in finding anything that fit. I then requested a refund of the fully unused giftcard. The customer service reps were very rude and told me gift cards were not refundable and I should have read the fine print on the gift card page. I showed them screen shots of the page where it clearly says refunds are alwyas free, but they refused to refund my purchase. I am very disapointed in the way I was treated by ThirdLove.

"Bras My Size Are Impossible To Find"

I’m a larger than life woman, nearly 6’ tall, with a broad back and shoulders. In addition, I’m definitely big. Finding a bra to comfortably fit me is nearly impossible. The last bra I wore came from Europe. They were well made, but I gained weight.

I need the support of underwire without the band or strap cutting me. I want an attractive line, not some basic holster for the girls. Third Love meets my needs and my wants. I originally order two different sizes, in order to have options. There was no problem returning the one that didn’t fit perfectly. It was nice speaking to an agent who understood that I’m not comfortable buying lingerie online. I am part of an older generation that prefers face to face customer service. The service provided was nearly as good. I ended up ordering 7 bras, 13 months ago. They’re holding up just fine. Almost like new.

"RETURNS ARE IMPOSSIBLE"

I placed an order that has to be returned. Nothing fits and everything runs super small. A few years ago I ordered a bra and the fit was perfect. I have done what is on the website to return. There are items I was charged for that I never ordered or received. They say returns are easy? NOT! The website has you click on what you want to return. Once you click on what items you want returned, the process just stops. Then they give you an option to text. You start to text for a return. Then it all just stops. This is beyond frustrating. I will NEVER order from them again.

"Ordered based on the company sizing…"

Ordered based on the company sizing recommendation. No go. Because I have DD breasts, bras ride up. Their recommendation was to drop down a band size. Sure, I love feeling like I have a 2 sizes too small belt wrapped around my rib cage, digging in and allowing the back fat to spill over. How do you put someone who wears a DD into a bra with two hooks? It's not logical. Their full coverage bra is NOT full coverage. It cuts across the mid part of the top of your boob. Fabric is thin.

"I just ordered my second ThirdLove bra"

I just ordered my second ThirdLove bra. My first one was purchased in 2014 when the company was still new.
I'm just now needing to move to the third set of hooks (as opposed to the second, which is where they recommend hooking new ones). This first T-shirt bra has lasted that long through both hand and MACHINE washing. I also ordered a new one because, in those 6 years, I've decided to go with full coverage. I ordered the wrong size because I tried the fit test again, and obviously answered differently (go figure) than 6 years ago. I chatted with an agent (AJ) today who helped me correct my mistake and immediately re-order for me and send a shipping label. I used to get the 'other gal's' brand until the quality got to the point it wasn't worth nearly $70 a bra.

"Have had my bra for less than a year…"

Have had my bra for less than a year and both wires have popped out. I have NEVER had this happen before. You would think such an expensive bra would be more durable. Definitely will not be buying from this company again.

"Poor quality bras"

Poor quality. Fit is weird and not at all how they claim, even using their fit guides. Underwires popped out of two of these bras shortly after.

"Offensive commercial"

I don't want to order anything..just want to say a few months ago you showed your commercial on lifetime and now Feb 2 at five thirty saw it again..it's highly offensive to see a woman just pull a boob out n start nursing..that's what is wrong with the world...everyone let's everything slide.you should b more modest.by the way it was on tvonehd.i won't b buying your bras

"Horrible"

Horrible. Bras were fine but a bit too thin. Sizing was way off so I initiated an exchange. However, when you do this they aren’t clear about what size they’ll be sending you. So I wrote to their customer service inquiring and no response. I waited a few days and wrote again. Nothing. Finally I wrote to them for a third time via their website, explaining what happened and complaining about their poor communication. I got a response but no apology or anything from the rep about my experience. Just gave me the same generic instructions. I told them I just want to return the bras now for a refund instead of exchange, due to the bad service and I was sent a link. When I click the link and fill out my info, I get a message that reads that my order is outside of the normal return policy. What does this even mean? SO BAD. I just want this resolved and a full refund. In today’s day and age, having a company make a return this difficult is absolutely ridiculous.

"Not as great as they say"

So, I will start out by saying the material of the bras are very comfortable BUT, I had placed an order for the suggested size for their brand verse the brand and size I am currently in. It was COMPLETELY wrong, I sent it back maybe a week or a little over later ( because I’m busy with 2 kids) I sent it back, filled out the form for an exchange and again a suggested size and I thought that meant they were sending me the bra and it would be shipped in the same way I paid, expedited. Nope. Had to call after 5 days went by of them having the bra and they then proceeded to process the exchange then it took 10 days to receive the replacement to find that it’s not even much bigger than the first bra they sent and it still doesn’t fit. I kept it because I don’t have time for that but,I will never buy one again. Oh and the lady was trying to sell me $118 lounge sets instead of focusing on the real issues... horrible experience I only rated 2 because it is a very comfortable, pretty bra. Also, I am a 34D/DD since I am still nursing (second child and my boobs are 2 different sizes) they sent a 32c the first time and a 34c 1/2
