Was looking for umrah package and came across 7 continents Travel Ltd. I was dealt by Waqas who gave me options in regards to flights, hotel, visa and transfer. I decided to go with the package Waqas recommended as this was the first time i was taking my 4 girls and wife to umrah. Alhamdulillah Waqas gave us the right package and flights. He was always available when i had any queries and information i needed. The hotels both in Makkah and Medina where clean and spacious. The breakfast was okay as not many options for children. Waqas was always available when we was in both Makkah and Medina to see how our trip was. He also contacted me when i got back so would defiantly recommend Waqas for any future trips you have as i have already have friends who have booked with him. Be careful of this travel company. Once they take your money they are no longer interested in you. They are just a bunch of thieves who can steal from your cards. If you have issues with them report to IATA , Office of fair trading and the Airlines.

My sister in law gave his number To me when I spoke with him I found him very polite and pleasant. May Allah bless him and those who taught him how to deal customers as a Manager.
This is the first time I impressed with any of travel Manager so much despite dealing with so many travel agents.
He is a great asset for 7-Continents Travel . 7-Continents Travel lucky to have him as a Manager. I wish I could hire Ali Ahmad as a Manager in my own company if we spoke earlier.

I would highly recommend this 7 continent's travel agent as l had a very good experience with Aqeeb who booked our hotels for umrah.
Aqeeb has very good communication skills and he's a very honest person and very helpful in organising our hotel. He gave us a very good deal and the hotel was also amazing.We stayed in Anjum hotel half board which was nice and
clean and the breakfast and dinner had a big variety and was very delicious .I would highly recommend this agent he is very approachable.
