"I check the app on my pc for results"

I check the app on my pc for results, but despite living in Queensland, your website only shows NSW/ACT winners. This changed very recently and despite trying to find a Queensland version, doesn't exist. Would be great if we lived in NSW, but I don't.
Such narrow minded creators, who think I give a toss about someone in another state.

So now if you re install the app on your new phone you are automatically kicked of the site because they no longer accept your debit card they are already using. So can't check my numbers to see if I had a win. Useless.

"THE LOTT WEBSITE AND APP WON'T WORK ON WIFI"

UPDATE: I am being assisted with this issue via Messenger. Thank you.

As of yesterday (22 Nov 2022), The Lott app and website will not load properly using my home wifi - but the app works fine using 4G. I note from other reviews that this has been a problem for users in the past.

I also note that The Lott recommends restarting the router, which I have done - but that didn't fix the problem. The Lott site/app is the only site/app I use where this problem is occurring so I assume the issue is with The Lott's site.

"The use of a green screen to wallpaper…"

The use of a green screen to wallpaper the draw is distracting an has brought forward the observation that the commentator anchor is actually in a different filmed frame to the filmed frame of the number drawing. So you have two filmed frames cut into the one clip. An if you include the green screen wall paper you could say three filmed frames put into the one clip. It's a massive distraction. Very clever multimedia.

"A really bad ongoing issue"

I had a really bad ongoing customer service experience with the Lott regarding my account and updating my details. I found them extremely unhelpful and dismissive after calling so after weeks of back and forth emails and phone calls, to verify my name and make a simple change and sending a ridiculous amount of all of my personal ID’s I finally just demanded to speak to a manager who eventually said he’d clear up the issue. Unfortunately he still has not even after providing more proof of name and everything asked of me. I am unable to withdraw any winnings I have with the Lott until I’m verified. This terrible experience made me question the integrity of the company and now I see 100’s of bad reviews on here. I think I’ll reconsider using the Lott. Really disappointing. It’s also interesting that they say they have government officials present although you never see them, and the video always cuts before the first ball pops up! Super suss if you ask me. As you need all the amount of balls to be accurate to win so them even rigging that 1st one is enough to void anyone winning. Not feeling this is a trustworthy or above board company after all. Very Disappointed in the Lott.

"Favourite numbers not shown after purchase"

When I go to the Favourites sections of the website that contains my pre chosen numbers and buy a ticket after I purchase it will give me computer generated numbers. I have tried contacting them about it but no response.

"Subscription"

I have been trying to cancel my subscription, but the app wont work outside of Australia (I have emigrated). I have explained to them that I can't call the numbers provided but I think there is a bot responding because I get no alternative response to "phone these numbers". Terrible service and a complete rip off. Disgusting!
