It is mind-boggling that this company hasn't gone under. They are the slowest shipping service I have EVER come across in 20+ years of shipping things (private and commercial). Their customer service is non-existent and did not reply to 3 separate emails, including from the vendor who shipped my order with them.
They take WEEKS to update tracking statuses. Their express option took a MONTH to ship between two EU countries only about 1500km away from each other...absolutely shocking when you consider that shipping from the US or China only takes a couple of weeks these days. I now absolutely refuse to do businesses with any vendor that uses Asendia. Avoid like the plague.

Jeg Bestilte en pakke den 2. Januar og nu skriver vi altså 19. Januar og den er endnu ikke kommet fra Tyskland- Man kan ikke spore pakken og får ingen besked fra Asendia. Sidste gang jeg handler med firma der bruger dem som kurer. Ak hvilken elendighed ! Det er sgu da helt langt ude... come ooon.. få dog fingeren ud for F... !!!!!!!

Le suivi de colis indique "destinataire absent" l samedi 18/1/25 à 11h50 : heure à laquelle nous étions 3 sur place, pas d'avis de passage (c'est pourtant la poste qui a une clé / vigik) : clairement un mensonge du livreur.

"They keep losing my packages; NEVER use this shipping service"
They flatout lost BOTH of my most recent orders. One has been missing since October (LS448099858CH); the seller now refuses to ship anything to me anymore because of the lousy experience with Asendia. The second one is going down the very same route and never made it out of the hub at all (420600099400109206094067264643). The item was limited and I probably won't get a chance to buy it again. In both cases the "customer support" simply shifted the blame to Etsy and told me to ask for my money back there. If you can help it, NEVER use Asendia for something you actually care about, there is a high chance you'll never see it and will spend months trying to get your money back afterwards, bothering sellers and shops as well.

Delivey expected in 2-10 days according to the tracking page. 2 weeks have passed and the package has done 450km in total, around a 4 hours drive.

An eBay purchase has been handed over to this joke of a company. Trackingbhasnt been updated in a week and I fully expect the parcel to be late, which will mean the purchase is free for me. The seller will loose out. Ebay sellers need to complain and ebay should drop this joke of a company.
