"Their pricing is not competitive"

Their pricing is not competitive. We were in the market for a new ID badge maker and I reached out to IDville to get some information. They had the machine we wanted, but they wanted $1600 more than another vendor for the same machine. Their supplies are also heavily inflated. Our IDville rep was phenomenal and did a great job of following up, unfortunately their pricing just isnt competitive.

"I asked for a copy of the receipt since…"

I asked for a copy of the receipt since we had to pay for the item up front with our company credit card, as I am sure it is that way with all companies. I did receive a email but no invoice was attached, however I was able to use the packing ship as the invoice, so I'm just glad the order was received before the end of the month.

"The new printer never worked"

The new printer never worked. The tech guy said it was a bad batch of ribbon ink. They where going to send new ones, but they are back order until 2/28/23. I need the printer daily for our employees ID cards. Not happy with all the round around I received.

Tech dept could not help with getting printer working due to driver and told me to send printer in at my expense. Come to find out there was nothing wrong with it so waste of time sending it it and cost.

"Usually everything is great when I…"

Usually everything is great when I place an order. This time, I approved the order and it was supposed to be place on 01/30/23 and it was supposed to take 5 days. I called 2/14/23 to check on the order and the order had just been approved on 2/13/23. I requested my rep call me and I never heard from her and now the order is really late and I still have not heard from my rep. I am not happy at this time.
