1. We received a new printer and the color film melted and tore on each card, they sent us a new cartridge, (charging us shipping).
2. They insist they sent our printer to another state and therefore have the incorrect school name, address, and contact name. I have spoken to three departments about correcting our information and to no avail.
3. The replacement cartridge stuck to the cards and tore as well, so I asked them to send us a new printer ASAP because I had 50 students who need IDs to go to clinicals. I have not heard from them again.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 was because the ribbon that came with the printer caused an error code, saying it was the wrong ribbon. They sent a replacement at no charge (a year later because that is when I got back to working on it) and no more error code.
