Very Unprofessional - we needed the product the next day and the customer service representative. failed to verify the information in time so the product could not be shipped. we mentioned the importance of receiving the item, she simply could have call me back. needless to say, when I called back, she could have resolved the issue in time, but no attempt was made to ensure we met our expectations.

Technical Support Rep. Lindsey Phillips was kind and helpful as well.

I am not pleased that we received a printer with a defective LCD and were told that we needed to ship the machine back for repair on our cost. Our quote also referenced that 300 PVC cards would be included in the shipment; however, 200 were missing upon receipt. Kim was responsive to our concerns, and we received the missing PVC cards in a separate shipment, as well as a prepaid return label after requesting that the situation be remedied.

Thank you for making an initially unpleasant experience better.

You charge too much for shipping. I ordered 2 Idville paper boxes and was charged $15 for shipping. You need to have other cheaper options since the box doesn't way too much.
