DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! DON'T GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT LIKE I DID!!
I ordered a 8x8 Switch greenhouse. The order went through quickly, they took my money quickly and it was delivered when they said it would be. All good so far, and that's when it started to go wrong!!
One of the side panels was missing. I phoned and they assured me that the piece would be sent in 3-5 working days. After 4 emails assuring that my part was going to be delivered the next day, it finally arrived after nearly 3 weeks at 9.30pm on a Saturday night. By this time we had also realised that there were other pieces missing;
no hinges for the doors
no handle for the doors
1 window stay missing
After the 3 weeks waiting we started to build the greenhouse. All of the bottom rails were the wrong size, so we had to cut them all down to size. The glazing panels for the roof were too big to fit in the roof panels so these needed trimming too. It reckons it takes 2 people 3 hours to build this greenhouse. It took my husband and I about 4 days ( we have built greenhouses before so weren't novices).
The customer service is appalling. The 'Live Chat' on their website doesn't respond and eventually times you out. The link on the website for the guide to customer services doesn't work. Every time you call the customer service helpline it cuts you off once you reach position 1 in the queue so you have to call back again. When you do speak to somebody they don't actually answer your question. I only got a response via email once I threatened to get my credit card company to start proceedings to refund my money.
If you are looking to purchase a greenhouse keep looking, DO NOT BUY FROM BILLYOH

The delivery process is bad in the end I got a phone call telling me it had been dropped outside my house
I’m a joiner so expected it to be pretty straight forward.
Didn’t get any assembly instructions with the item
There’s a load of QR codes on packs but they don’t take you anywhere thought these would help with putting it together alas no
The base (costs extra) had to be cut to size no real idea what size
The panels looked like the had been put together by primary school kids in woodwork
The cover strips- why aren’t these rebated
The roof panels could have come from Two different greenhouses - they didn’t belong together
The twin wall glazing stuff didn’t fit into the grooves of the roof panels as it was too wide
The doors there was a 60mm gap top to bottom
Spent £150 getting extra bit to make it all work
I would say this is a shoddy kit if you think it will just go together with a screw driver it’s not for you
Oh forgot to mention the shelves (extra money) they were shit no idea how they are supposed to go together. Don’t spend the extra on shelves

Ordered 15x8 log cabin. 15 weeks later still could not get a delivery date. Cabin was getting ready to be pressure treated. No log cabin, base been down for 3 months! Poor service, estimates are well out. If your happy to wait go for it. If you need it ASAP go somewhere else.

Bad design bad build quality would of been better being sent a tree to cut the wood myself ,had to pull every panel apart and remake as all the panels was out of line ,the 2nd panel on top at front is a bad design especially as you only have little blocks for the perlins to sit on ,it pulls the 2nd panel over and bows front of shed, the tongue amd grove slts for roof half of which was skirting board off cuts ,the tantalising looks like it was sprayed on by somebody stood 8ft away ! I had to spend another £120 on 4x2's to build an internal frame for rigidity and pull shed square ,no number to call no response on Internet, absolutely on my kids lives go else where ! It would of been less stressful to go to the woods and chop a few trees down and fashioned the materials myself

Shocking.
First a client ordered the shed on instruction where supplied . I called the company and asked for a copy as the client is a school and on holiday I ask that the instructions were sent to me I was told no as it was security risk! Had to put top and bottom rails on wall and roof this could have been done in the factory . Vary badly put together

"Over 130 days waiting and still no delivery in sight."

Order made end of November 2024, now 10th April and still no delivery in sight. Spoken to customer services weekly since end of February only to be told we will update you when ready for delivery. This is not a proper update! I want to know why the delay and why it’s taking so long. If you say are treating the wood you should know how long that takes. Then you should be able to provide an estimate how long construction takes.
