I ordered a wooden kids playhouse for my kids,and the only mistake I had was that I chose them to order. We had to wait so much for it but it could be acceptable when you finally get your order in good condition,not moulded parts ( from rain probably) because it wasn't covered and packaged well.But they put some wrong sized parts in the order,and we needed to adjust them to be able to put the house together.Customer services show us no respect and they didn't take any responsibilities for it.So if you are thinking to buy a wooden shed or playhouse you should definitely buy from somewhere else

"Shocking Service"

Ordered Summerhouse 8th February for delivery approx 10 weeks….received email on 3rd March to say delivery would be 14th March. I tried to change the delivery date via the link they provided but it wouldn’t work, so I rang them to ask for delivery to be 14th April to coincide with when the work on our garden was getting done as our gardens are building it and had factored this into the cost. The advisor said he changed the date and we would receive email confirming this, but if we don’t get email to check our account and it will show on there. The following day I checked our account and the delivery showed 14th April, but today, the agreed delivery date, it states ‘in production’. I contacted them and the advisor told me she spoke to courier company and they confirmed delivery for the 14th April and I would get email confirmation not accepting this I asked advisor told send me email confirming delivery for 14th April while I was on the phone she kept repeating herself saying I would get the confirmation within the hour I wasn’t happy with this she went away again and come back with a different story advising me delivery wasn’t going to be today the 14th April as there was a piece missing and I would get delivery this week. the item was ready for delivery on 14th March so how can piece be missing now. No reason for this no contact to advise and the quote delivery can be from 6am to 9pm… Absolutely Shocking be careful when ordering….
