Order a playhouse for my children, waited the 6-8 weeks for it to be delivered, no instructions no fixings, I have spoken to customer service 5 times and I still have no concrete information about when the fitting will be dispatched and here we are two weeks later and one week into the school holidays I ordered the playhouse for!

This company purport to be a great supplier of quality products but my experience has been nothing short of fraud. I bought a shed from them in October 2024, paid in full and understood the 6-8 week delivery time.

The 1st delivery was made but came as the wrong size (which wasn't apparent until we started to build the shed). Components were labelled correctly, but then, when measured ready to fit, they were for the WRONG shed.

I contacted their customer service to report this and they apologised and promised to send the correct parts (roof struts which without them I could not complete the build and make it water tight).

2 weeks for the replacement parts which, when delivered were the wrong parts (despite again being labelled correctly). A further call to their CS and feeling more disgruntled as we were now in deep winter, and I was again promised the correct parts, but it would be another 2 weeks !!

Last delivery and they were STILL the wrong sizes - by now the whole reason for needing the shed (to act as a Santa's Grotto for the local children) had come & gone. I complained again and their response was no different - no apology or offer to fix - in fact the only concession was if I was to source the parts I needed and they MAY consider refunding me.

By now the interior had been exposed to the weather for 2 winter months, the roof was unusable and the main reason for buying it had been & gone.

DO NOT buy anything from these con merchants unless you have an experienced joiner on hand to make good their shoddy quality

Oh, as an aside, their instructions state to fix with the 50mm screws supplied, but they only send 40mm - doesn't sound like a big difference but believe me, when you're trying to join panels to each other, of to a floor, or floor joists, the difference is huge (spent £30 on buying proper fixings)
