Only gave them a 1 star because i couldnt leave a zero.
Products are substandard and our delivery arrived damaged.
After 17 calls to customer sevice department we finally opted to pay a local company to make replacement doors.
Roof felt you can spit peas through, this lasted 1 week and had to be replaced.
Fixings are not fit for purpise and again had to be sourced elsewhere.

Customer service are the worst ive ever experienced, once they have your money your totally screwed.
NEVER USE THIS SUPPLIER THEY ARE SO BAD.

I ordered the 9 x 6 greenhouse with extra cost for the base (of which only half arrived). As I had already started to unpack everything, I went to our local B&Q to get timber to make the remaining base myself rather than wait for a replacement to be sent (my choice!). The greenhouse instructions are quite difficult to follow, so assembling was slow going! Some of the pieces of timber were so warped and bent that we couldn't use them as they were, so we had to plane them down, or cut them to fit. The guttering is supplied as a generic length, so this had to be cut down too.
Probably the most frustrating and concerning thing was that the "roof" plastic glazing is a different depth to the side glazing panels as they are different material, and its impossible to slide these panels into the roof as the slots are too narrow, so we had to improvise and use them as side panels instead. I have also had to buy perspex from another company as the vented window is a different size, so had no alternative but to get two bespoke pieces made.
I understand this item is significantly cheaper than some of the other wooden greenhouses on the market, and I guess you get what you pay for!
Overall review is 3 stars, only because I wanted to give a 2 star review for the quality and missing parts, but decided on a 3 star given the price comparison. If you are prepared to use some initiative and have some diy skills, then this might work for you!
I have now assembled and it looks good, but I'm trying to work out if it was worth the effort!!!
