I received a Billy Oh playhouse a few weeks ago from one of their suppliers. The instructions are so unclear and the list of parts contains items that are not even mentioned on the instructions.

In addition I seem to have been sent lots of random bits of off cut wood so really difficult to tell which bits I need for the playhouse and which I dont.

I've been back and forth with customer service trying to get some clear direction on the construction with one person telling me to do it one way, the other another (neither way is how the instructions are written!!), I cant get a clear answer on the right way - and I dont think anyone really knows! They say they've updated some parts so the instructions are wrong - but they instructions havent been updated, and the previous person I was dealing with didnt seem to know this. It also means that the rest of the instructions are wrong as the others bits dont seem to fit ... I'm so tired of the back and forth!

In the meantime I have a half built house, getting soaking from the April showers and the holidays - which I hoped it would be built in time for - are pretty much over. Its so frustrating having to send emails and photos and then wait a day in between for a response. You cant talk to anyone on the phone who seems to have the slightest idea how to resolve my issues!
