"Very poor quality shed"

Purchased a 12x6 wooden shed.
Arrived 2 weeks late, gave me a date for delivery which was about 10 days in advance when I tried to rearrange was told too late to change as it had been dispatched and would arrive in a day or 2. Furiously tried to arrange for somebody to be in to receive it and got lucky....
Had to trim a lot of the wooden supports as the wrong ones sent, all the roof supports were warped and many of the panels had nails missing there intended beams. Had to go down Wickes for more non warped wood and screwfix for more 50mm nails as only the 40mm ones sent and would not have supported the structure (40mm nails were not in the parts list).
For the price I paid and the time I waited for it to be built I expected a good quality product.
Unfortunately not so.
Save your money and go to B&Q at least you'll expect to have to do a bit of extra DIY

Greenhouse comes without instructions, I rang the company who then sent them online, they do not provide paper ones, which is a nightmare when trying to put together. Also sent some wrong parts, and when I spoke to customer service they were very unhelpful. I have managed to put the thing together now with a bit of improvisation and it is a lovely greenhouse, the experience would have been a lot easier if the company had helped rather than hindered
