I found GWH through WHICH? Magazine, they actually interview the company and customers prior to listing. I’ve previously used British Gas for many years but the boiler servicing cost were exorbitant, the servicing seemed to have dropped off and getting an appointment was difficult. I WhatsApped Gareth, appointment made for next day..WOW! Engineer was friendly and professional, as is my wont I watched him work, he was VERY THOROUGH performing tasks I’d never seen with BG.
The process was explained to me, completed in a courteous and timely manner with no mess.
Daniel is a credit to the company so we’ll done!!

Carried out a great service on the boiler, pointed out a few areas where we need to check out too to make sure we're safe (Carbon monoxide alarm position, etc). Would recommend!
