On arrival they were boxed and in excellent condition, the same as two of the same that I’d bought brand new elsewhere . Communication was great and the models arrived well packaged and very quickly. "Excellent exchange"

I had originally intended to sell some surplus O gauge locos so sent Richard the details and photos. Having looked on Footplates site I realised that there were a couple of items that I would be happy to exchange my surplus for. I contacted Richard and agreed to meet at a service station on their way back from the Glasgow show. The items were duly handed over and within two days the locos I wanted were in the post and on their way back up north to me. All in all a very simple and pleasant way to do business. I would recommend Footplate without hesitation and look forward to using their services again.
