Avoid! Non existent customer service or indeed any service. Happy to take my money but not to send my parcel when ordered on a Tuesday. Said they needed a rest. They are closed on Wednesdays. Shows how much they wanted me as a customer.

Excellent website, fast processing of online order with resulting prompt shipping, excellent packaging which withstood the overseas journey to the USA fine. Item (a pre-owned loco) arrived in great condition and, if anything, was even better than their photos suggested! Especially also I like that their website actually presents prices in US$ so that one does not have to get to the cart page for the currency conversion.
