"Not completely happy with my test results"

I do know that I have a couple of intolerances, but these foods did not come up in the test at all.

I am incredibly disappointed with this service having decided to go with them through for recommendation from a friend. I submitted my sample on the 7th of April and had no confirmation that my sample have been received so exactly 7 days later I phoned and was told that my sample was received by the lab on the 9th of April and usually I would get a text message and an email but that didn’t happen. Pause the song will be processed soon. Four days later, nothing heard so I called again and was told that I would be called back within 10 minutes, which I wasn’t so I called for a second time and was assured that I would be called back before 5 pm this evening with an update. I wasn’t called back. I understand the guy’s name to be Jamal. I am beyond disappointed with the service and have no idea whether I’m gonna receive any results and whether anyone is gonna get in contact with me.

Excellent, clear and helpful follow up consultation today from Will Icke. He was patient and respectful of my very poor knowledge of where we were after my test- which has left me more confident and calm as I now try and adopt the new approach necessary.

I was really impressed with the speed of returning a report as well as the comprehension of the report when it arrived. I also received lots of really extensive and helpful guidance documents.
I had a follow up call with Will and he explained the report clearly and clarified a few questions I had about dietary restrictions.
