At a time when it was too painful to leave the house Trust Funerals came to us at home to make arrangements and personally delivered my husbands ashes, Jill was very kind and answered any questions or requests I had and even told us when the cremation was taking place so we could prepare and be with our thoughts at that time. I am happy I chose Trust Funerals to take good care of my beloved husband and thank them for their compassion at the worst time of my life.

When Mum unexpectedly passed away it felt like the sun had fallen out of the sky. The last thing I wanted to do was see the funeral directors my Brother had arranged! But from the moment we met Trust Funerals I knew he'd made an inspired choice and that we were in great hands.
Jill and Simon are wonderful - exactly the type of people you would hope would work in this industry. They're extremely sympathetic, generous with their time, never looking to sell you extras, completely open-minded to any suggestions you may have for how you wish to celebrate your loved one's life and do everything for a terrific price (which they set out at the outset).
After the service many guests said it had been the best funeral they had attended. Indeed, when my Uncle passed away a few weeks later, my cousins had no hesitation in asking Trust Funerals to arrange their Dad's funeral and they received a similarly perfect service.

Both Jill and Simon were both professional and compassionate to the unusual circumstances surrounding the cremation of my sister. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I would never have managed to get it arranged so perfectly without their help. They give you the time and assistance you need to get it right for your family and no question or enquiry is ever treated less than the most important to them to either answer or get an answer for you. At no time did we ever feel that we were not the most important people to them at the time.

From my first phone call to Jill on the day my Dad passed away, I could totally understand why he had left me instructions to use Trust Funerals. Jill's calm manner put me at ease straight away in dealing with my 'what happens next' questions.
In preparing the funeral arrangements, I felt I had all the time in the day to talk with Jill and Simon. They explained what was included in their costings, took my wishes on board and also discussed various options I had not considered. Altogether a very, very individualised approach to a funeral service - I knew my Dad was in good hands.
Leading up to the day, Jill even took the time to email me a photo of the setting of the burial site, reassuring me that "everything looks beautiful and peaceful"
On the day itself, Jill and Simon had everything in place as planned and carried out the service with the informality (and music choices) my Dad wanted yet also did this with reverence and professionalism too.

We discussed several options available to me and I was sent a very reasonable quote for my chosen option.
I was kept informed of proceedings and they even personally delivered my husbands ashes to my house in a beautifully made casket.
