Sent in all documents to prove who I am but I keep getting told there's something wrong even though they are the right documents. Been trying to get the 70 I have won but my account is blocked and I'm just getting messed about to avoid paying I guess... Not happy at all

They day you should only play for fun which i do .. i put a deposit limit on.. and played today spent £140 on one game .. didnt even get a proper win on it and you can get free spins . They didn't even come in once . I‘d love to give this Casino 0 stars because of that horrible service. I wanted to withdraw my wins and they wanted to see all the documents two or three times and kept coming up with new reasons why they did not accept them. the exact same documents other casinos accepted the first time. After 2 weeks of unsuccessful verification attempts, after they could no longer give any reasons why the documents were not valid, they blocked my account for no reason and withheld the profit. really incredible and illegal service.
