"Nicely designed site"

Nicely designed site. Easy to deposit money and good promos. Slots work nicely, no lag from the wifi. Withdrawals are ok but could/should be as quick as the deposit.

"They don't honour new customer offers"

Company does not honour new customer offer so there fore does not deserve any more than a single star (and I would give 0 if possible). Signed up with these guys for new customer offer link I followed from ad. Part of offer said you had to verify your account with them in order to do it. Took around 1 week for them to do my verification, and just as they completed it, they withdrew the new customer offer, then tell me they won't honour it because I needed to start it while it was still available. However I consider sending my verification that was required to already be 'starting' the offer (as it was the first requirement of the offer), and the only reason I hadn't continued further into the offer was due to the company themselves being so painfully slow at doing verification. So short version is I wasted my time both signing up and dealing with their verification process, when they then failed to provide the offer I did this for because their staff can't do their jobs properly. Either staff must do things in correct time frame to meet with offers for customers, or don't make verification a requirement for an offer so the customer can begin on the offer as soon as they join the site instead. Customers should never lose access to an offer due failures by staff working for the company.

UPDATE: You cannot find my account because I asked for it to be deleted after this happened because I was so upset with the way I have been treated. I have replied to the e-mail from support confirming its deletion, notifying them of this request you have made here. You can find this support case with reference number 200411-003633

ADDITIONAL UPDATE: As requested I sent a copy (screenshot) of what was said here to support over 1 week ago, and received no further communication regarding this specific problem and the way I was dealt with by the company. Clearly the post below asking me to contact them via e-mail (so privately) is just a way to appear on this website as if they are helping a customer, when in fact they have done nothing, not even had the basic decency to follow up with me. Very dishonest behaviour trying to present a fake public face. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

"They were trying to take my money…"

They were trying to take my money before telling me I wasn't eligible for a promo applied (according to their live support, it was due to 'internal checks' which is funny because there's not a single red flag my info/IP/etc should give off).

If I hadn't been using Monzo which has a 2 step verification for payments, the money would've been took from my account before receiving the message saying I was not eligible for the offer.

I set a deposit limit but can still deposit. Can't access the close account as the window is so small so you can't scroll down to close. For this reason I believe this site to be dis-honest and have requested to close my account. If you behave like this expect to lose players!
