"Withdrawing keeps getting rejected by bank?!?!"
Won about £550, withdrew it, sent docs, it was then 'processed', waited about 4 days, nothing in bank... logged back on... money back in balance... apparently bank rejected it as the details were wrong. Called bank... this did not happen... double (and triple) checked details and withdrew again ad requested.... suprise still no money in bank.
Reading other peoplea reviews this seems like a common theme. What so we do? Will i ever get my money.
Seems like a scam site and never ever pay out. No review on here has said they have paid out. Wish they woukd just be honest and give me a straight answer rather than being led on
***EDIT-- still nothing received and the chat keep saying they released it. They must be having me on. Wish they would just admit its a scam. Really stressing me out.
The person below also having the same problem i want to get in touch with u so we can keep each other updated!! What can we do??
Edit- wad told to deposit then withdraw via PayPal.... we shall see....

Signed up to this scam of a site over the weekend (biggest mistake ever)
I made a deposit and played for a while...later i withdraw £350 and recieved the standard 'withdrawal processing' emails - the following day I recieved another stating 'withdrawl confirmed' and began the 3-5 day wait. The 3 days was up today so i checked my bank and no sign...decided to login to slots heaven and there is my withdrawal - added back to my balance with no notification as to why.
I contacted chat who are extremely slow to reply to be told that it was rejected as my bank details were wrong? I double checked and the details were 100% correct.
I tried again using the IBAN withdrawal method - recieved the same emails a few hours apart and then....you guessed it....another email saying it was rejected as my bank details were wrong again! Again i checked and no they are 100% correct - i work in finance so im very familiar with bank details etc not that it makes a difference as an idiot could tell that the details on the card match what i typed into the system.
I then managed to waste 4 hours of my life trying to get a straight answer on chat - i was finally told a manual withdrawal will be processed - each time i asked exactly how much longer i need to wait - 'Chat Disconnected'
This happened several times each time I went back on chat and stated the issue again, the advisor would disconnect me again.
So here we are - after much wasted time and still no answer on when they will give me my winnings (if at all) they added the cherry to the cake and suspended my account for me?!?!?
I now have no idea if i will get this money and if so when - there is zero customer service here!
Ive played many gaming sites in my time and this one is by far the worst - I cannot stress enough, avoid this site like the plague!! (Unless you want to waste your time, energy and money (including winnings)
***Edit: The withdrawal has not been settled as stated below - I am still waiting and was told yesterday that I need to now wait another week!! Chances are after another week you will try to tell me my details are wrong again!! Still waiting but wont hold my breath...
**Edit: I recieved the withdrawal processed email on 18/06. Still no sign of the money today (23/06) - chat are very unhelpful. Still no idea when the money is actually coming if at all...
***Edit: The funds have bounced back into my gaming account AGAIN with no notification. Absolute joke - nobody is interested in helping. 5 withdrawal attempts and 9 days wasted now - rang slotsheaven stated my issue and they ended the call!! Fantastic.
Have now complained to Mansion Casion who own this company will wait and see if there is any progress - absolute joke of a company!
***Edit - Ive now been told to deposit again using paypal and request a withdrawal of the full amount to that method. I have now done this so here goes another week of waiting.
***FINAL EDIT - Just recieved the money via Paypal at long last. They were very quick to process this which i am pleased with - not pleased about the severe lack of customer support throughout the process. If you are having the same issues like me you need to deposit a small amount via Paypal and then withdraw the whole lot to Paypal. It seems they are not setup to pay money to UK bank accounts despite their insistance that your bank details must be wrong. Have now requested for my account to be closed today.
