"AVOID - WILL DO ANYTHING TO SLOW THE WITHDRAWAL PROCESS"

I made a withdrawal request in early May and by June it had still not been paid. I was chasing on Live Chat most days after waiting 2 weeks. They then came back with lots of additional requests for selfies of me with my passport and screenshots of my bank showing the specific transactions into their account. I provided everything they asked for (EVEN THOUGH regulations were brought in in 2019 to stop casinos putting up road blocks like to stop punters withdrawing their cash quickly - they are supposed to verify you as early as possible in the sign up process) but they still have not paid. Each time I asked it is pending review' and they will let me know if they need anything else. Each request seems like a road block to paying me. I also have the same problem with Casino.com which is owned by the same group as Slots Heaven. I raised a complaint and they cut me off the live chat. Avoid!

Do not join this site! Signed up deposited and ended up winning £150 withdrew it for it then to go back into my balance of which only £100 went back in because they only pay up to £100 with bonus money. Sent passport. Driving licence and proof of address for it to be rejected because the proof of address wasnt accepted so i went on chat and asked if my car finance would be ok for address which i was told yes so sent them all back off bearing in mind it takes like a week each time for them to accept or reject. Got rejected again because proof of address wasnt good enough and always had to send my bank card which wasnt stated. Got a bank statement sent them all back off and again rejected because i needed to show the back of my card which was also not stated. Finall all got accepted last week and processed and they turned around and said the bank had rejected it and went back into my balance i phoned the bank and they had no record of this and told me banks never reject any money going in! They are trying everything to stop me getting this money and i am going to have to take it further if it bounces back once again.

To start with I didn't receive a bonus but I went ahead and deposited £100 anyway.
I won and I withdrew twice, both for £150 total £300. Since that day, I have had to send documents to verify account 4 times. Each time having to wait 2 days to receive an acknowledgement that they have my details. Today is the 29th May and I still haven't received monies due. Phoned again to be told it would take between 4 and 7 days even though they say they have released funds. My bank says they haven't but if they did, it would take up to 2 hours only. Please don't join this site, I feel I have been scammed. What started as fun on the site has turned into something really ugly.

Joke of a company try everything to stop you withdrawing money don't fall for the fake reviews on here they give people free spins to add them. This company is the slowest in the business with withdrawal just hanging around for four days in hope that you end up reversing it is all I can think of why else would they take so long. Most other casinos will have it in your bank the next day also you can lock down withdrawal on some. Also slotsheven will say you can always take a break so you dont reverse your winnings but this also is prolonged as you have to request a time out form that they then send to you by email, why not just get it done. Like I say everything is worse when it comes to service at this casino.
