The program is incapable of a simple change I require.
I have 3 brothers as beneficiaries. For 2 of them, if they pass first, their share goes to their kids. For 1, if he passes first, his share goes to his wife, then his kids. The program is unable to accommodate this change.

Preparing the will and other documents was relatively easy. Unfortunately, work needs to be done on customization.

For example, in my will, I wanted two beneficiaries to receive a certain percentage of my assets, no matter who predeceases me. Wilful 'forced' me to have them receive more of my estate if other beneficiaries predecease me (which they likely will).

If this cannot be amended, I will have to redo my will elsewhere.

Completing the steps toward having a legal will was quite intuitive and easy. Price seemed reasonable, but I didn't check the cost of doing this in person.

I had been thinking about making an easy straightforward will for a while . Decided to look into it one evening, wasn’t quite ready at the time so didn’t complete it. All throughout the week I received many emails trying to go me to sign up with discount pricing… I finally tried to accept a discounted offer and it still charged my credit card the full price. I contacted customer support and after a few days my credit card was credited and I was only charged for the discounted price. I appreciated that someone got back to me and did actually fix this problem. So far I have my will laid out and printed. But that’s as far as I have come with willful . Hopefully I will not be disappointed going forward.
