My husbands Will was almost completely done in his gmail account and has disappeared completely!? This has been most frustrating, may ask for full refund if not resolved quickly as my husband has open heart surgery in a few weeks and a new Will is essential!

I am only 30 but had an offer from my financial institution to get a will from willful, so I took it. I thought I'd have to do a lot more decision making without structure, sort of like coming up with random things, but this was very easy and gives you all the sections and you simply enter your info and what you want.

Honestly I feel WAY better and more prepared and safe now that I have a will, because as an unmarried person, I have no idea how my estate would get handled without a will. It's a nice feeling knowing that I can go in an edit as much as I need to over the years as well.

Super clean, easy experience, though I will say that willful promotes having a will created in as little as 20 minutes, which may be doable for some but I took 1-2 days just to think about things and review my decisions. I'm sure if you know what you want everything could be done in about 10 minutes, honestly!

Still very quick and efficient and I have so much peace of mind now. To all the 20- and 30-somethings who don't think they need a will, or who are too afraid to think about it, just do it. It's a kind thing to do for your friends and family if something should happen to you.
