"Your formatting is very unprofessional. You added a full page, at least on RESPs. I do not have or intend to have RESP so why would you add something like that. Take it out. please."

"Simple questionnaire"
Simple questionnaire. I still have to list my financial details and my misc assets.

"Easy to follow and cost efficient"
Easy to follow and cost efficient. One complaint is not being able to save the will and POAs to print later. I saved them and when printed (outside of my home cause I don't have a printer) the will and POAs came out with the instructions attached to them. This is not a good thing but I need to leave it because of this downfall. Also concerned that there is no mention of dating the will and POAs; does this affect legality?

"It’s a Start, but, ….."
I don’t think it’s a matter of what I like of dislike because writing a Will isn’t easy. You need to ask lots of questions - far more than you asked me - in order to get an accurate picture of what I want. But maybe that’s just me.
My financial advisor pointed me towards Willful and I’m glad he did. I didn’t expect get a Will from you but just some ideas, some words. And I think I got that.
In the future, AI will solve that and it’ll be possible to create a legal will - one that includes the necessary provisions to meet the law but also includes one’s wishes. We’re just not there yet.
Willful is a start, and it possibly satisfies the basic needs for a Will. But not when there are more complex issues. Years ago I wrote my own Will - and my spouse’s - and five or so years ago gave it to a lawyer - to legalize it. She was impressed by what’s written and set out to do what I’d asked. What I got back from her was nothing but a bunch of legal mumbo jumbo without any of the detail - like who gets what.
So, when my FA suggested Willful, I thought I’d give you a try. As I say, I’m glad I did. I’m going to re-write our Wills and I’ll definitely be using some of the seeds you’ve planted.
But, in my opinion, it’ll be a while before we have an on-line capability to compose valid Wills. For one, I think you’d need to ask far more questions than you do. Up in the hundreds of questions.
That said, I’m not at all disappointed and what I got. I was disappointed with what I got from the lawyer. However, to me, the answer is somewhere in the middle.
I know that doesn’t tell you what you want to hear, but it’s my truth.
Sincerely,
Ken Bowering

"not reliable"
not reliable, there is no confirmation that the will is active or the people mentioned in the will know that you made them responsible for some task , it must be done manually

"Some bias but easy to use"
I thought it was pretty easy to use but sure was against traditional funerals advising the users to go with cremation! I thought this to be a bit presumptuous for such a personal decision!

"Quick and easy"
Guidance walked you right through it, couple clicks, some information to enter and you have an executable will.

"The process was very easy to follow"
The process was very easy to follow, including the power of attorney documents; and the price is good. The printed will is professional and well written.
