If I had seen all these reviews before I placed an order with GrowAce.com I would have avoided a lot of wasted time and frustration. Ordered 2 items listed as "in stock" shipping in 5 to 7 days. Waited a week nothing. Checked back on the website and saw the delays due to Covid BS 7 to 10 days. OK waited 2 weeks still nothing. Email customer service and 2 days later they respond they don't know when items will ship. I told them to cancel my order and refund my card payment. At least the credit showed up 2 days later. What a complete waste of time. GrowAce either needs to get their act together of close the doors.

I would have given 0 stars if it were an option. I placed an order on May 12, 2020 and still have not received my order.
I contacted them several times trying to get tracking but you can’t get a tracking number for something that has yet to be shipped. They are unresponsive to phone calls in which apparently is a result of Covid-19 or so they claim. I have emailed them and their response is they are processing the order. It took them less than 1 minute to process my payment yet over 4 weeks have passed and they haven’t processed my order. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
