I understand that gambling sites aren’t set up to make us rich, but this is ridiculous. I play on around 10 different sites and I’ve spent so much money on the slots on this site that I’ve received messages stating they are concerned about my spending. I’ve won nothing worth mentioning and put hundreds into the site. Maybe I’m unlucky but I’ll be calling it a day and using the others from now on.

Signed up and deposited on 17th may started playing then an error came up. Told me to contact customer service. They explained that my account is suspended as my son who had an account went on a time out. They said we’re linked. I don’t know how. Anyway they said they would refund me.
Didn’t hear anything until the 22nd when they said the refund has been processed back to my PayPal account. On the 27th I emailed them as still hadn’t received. Then got an email back on the 29th may to say that PayPal blocked the refund and to log in the account and click withdraw.
I Replied and said I can’t log in as the account is suspended. Ask them what they are going to do.
It’s now June 3rd and still no response.
I’ve spoken with PayPal who said there have been no payments received by them and haven’t blocked them from making payments to my PayPal account. PayPal asked me to get mansion casino to send me the documentation where it said payment failed.
But as they don’t respond and there’s no live chat I can’t do this ! Scam site
Update:
Had to get PayPal involved as still no response from mansion casino by 5/06/20 and they found in my favour and refund received!

Have to wager 40x your stake. And roulette only counts as 25%. I am net up on that but essentially have to wager 24k on roulette before i can withdraw. Utter scam. Customer service would not speak to me or offer me a refund of my original stake despite me being net up. Absolutely outrageous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
