This company is to be avoided !! They are crooks !! I played casino 7 weeks ago , won some money and decided to withdraw 90% of the winnings . Looked at the t and c and expected to receive the money in about 4 working days . Had to go through the ID process and proof of bank which I did straight away . Then they asked for my bank statements and earnings ? Which I found out later from the gambling commission they should not of asked for ! I must of emailed and phoned them over 30 but could never speak to the person dealing with my case they always said it’s being processed I will be paid soon ? After 6 weeks they still had not paid me ! So I went to the gambling commission , they put me in touch with IBAS where I made a formal complaint . In the the mean time mansion where sending me emails with special offers . There policy is to keep the funds as long as they can so I will spend it again with them . They made me feel like a criminal ! I just received my money last week . VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THEY SHOULD NOT GET AWAY WITH IT !!

Mansion casino or casino .com same organisation . My review is based on what I’ve encountered with the organisation. The service customer operators all I have spoken or chat with are good so can’t say anything about that. The main issue that completes any betting organisation is the withdrawal process and that’s why I’ve rated them one star. If there’s option for zero star then I would have opted for it. Pls don’t take your hard earn money to gamble with dis organisation. The process to release a withdrawal is 5 working days excluding weekends. Other bookies will process your withdrawal within minutes and you received your funds back in your account with immediate effect or in some cases half hour but that’s rare. So why would anyone want to gamble with the above casino? I regretted gambling with them despite I won few pounds which i lost more than that with my regular but at least those one pay my money back immediately not having to wait for 5 days which is a joke . The money I deposited my £400 is already cleared my bank account but even after passing the verification process I’m still waiting for my fund. I had to suspend the account not to gamble the only change i have left but it’s of no use if I can’t have it when needed. Pls trade with bookies that process withdrawal immediately and there are fews not to mention any names but do your research as we have more than 10 that pays you back immediately

Joined this site Mansion casino the percentage back is very small compared to other sites .If you want us to come back you have to pay more regular and larger wins or we simply don't come back .I can't get in to my account keeps saying wrong user name or password word. All is correct as I have saved to my phone so I called several times the lines constantly busy I don't think any one is answering any more .Live chat does not work and email they say you will get back in a few days .This is really not acceptable you taking people monies but not providing a 24 hour service as you say this is misleading.I understand we are in a Pandemic but other sites are managing well .I would really like you to return my funds not a trusted site or I shall report the matter to external bodies.
