"To much time to process…"

To much time to process withdrawls!!!they restricted my account a few times because i played “to much”!and if you are a high roller i don’t recommend because they have a limit per mont that you can withdraw!They keep the money in pending more than 72 hours so you can reverted and lose more!!This is bull...t because they say that they try to protect you!I request a statment with all my transaction and they said to me that will be 30 days or more,to much un my opinion.any mail to them is taking 2 days or more to respond.

i have not been playing for long but this is what happened.
after an initial win when i more than doubled my bankroll, it took 2 wrong sequences in a row to clean it all up. i then went to play again and utilised a strategy where i only left 4 numbers free on the table. in 4 spins, 3 of those numbers consecutively came up. call it as you want but i do not trust that. how can i escalate this?
