Flat Pack Kitchens

"Good but not Great"
Good points: quick efficient delivery, good precision cut parts, good quality drawer runners and hinges, and good novel construction technique (clickbox) when using optional glue to reinforce.
Not so good: packaging for the carcass parts is poor allowing panels to move against each other and mark in transit (segregate with paper or foam). Laminate is very thin and brittle (edges chipped on drawer bottoms). Directions need to be more legible (print in A3), and if pictorial match what is delivered (the 4 drawer unit doesn't). No instructions for drawer or door assembly. Website says hinge covers not included - they are, (so wasted money buying a bag unnecessarily. Mounting clips for the plinth are rubbish.

"Good quality units"
Good quality units. Simple to assemble.
Even when I had a problem with one of my cupboard doors they were quick to resolve the issue after I sent them an email. I would use this company again.

"2 of my units I ordered didn't fit…"
2 of my units I ordered didn't fit together properly due to poor quality of the design and a bit of damage on the joint. Ordered a replacement out of my own money ironically to save hassle only to have nothing but problems getting the replacement delivered due to bad delivery service. Definitely do not recommend.

"Bought a load of kitchen cubourds and…"
Bought a load of kitchen cubourds and doors through this company. Very happy with products for price and they have a very easy way to assemble them, once you have done one ita easy couple breakages in transit... Replaced without a issue. Very good company to deal with i must say for a well priced kitchen.

"A disappointing nightmare"
Not your usual DIY Flat-Pack
I have bought many flat-pack self assembly products, this is the first time the assembly has required a panel saw and the drilling of blind holes at precise locations.
I was expecting to need screwdriver / Allen key and bit of glue at most. Not to have to make critical positioning decisions with inadequate instructions. I had to request several other sets of instructions from Customer Services
18 days to supply missing parts
My shipment had some fittings missing. It took numerous phone calls, several emails and two attempts and to supply replacements.
The customer service team are friendly, and try their best to help.
BUT… this is of little use when the supply chain is (at best) slap-dash, slow and unfocussed, and let everyone down.
Their mistakes and delays have cost me both time and money.
They have also driven me crazy in the process.
No offer of compensation has been received.
(PS. A voucher against future purchases would not be appropriate)

"Very helpful"
Very helpful - we had an order that was received and put into storage for 3 months before we could install, when we went to install several cabinets were missing (never shipped, a mistake by the manufacturer) - as so long had passed many companies would have said tough luck, but a few days after reporting the missing items the cabinets arrived. Would recommend.

"Expensive handle delivery"
The handles were delivered on time and in good order, however it’s just a shame, that to have two £11 handles delivered, cost a staggering £15
