I can’t comment on how Kwikshift handles removals as I didn’t get that far!
On day 1 I filled in their online inventory and it said I would receive a phone call with a quote within 24 hours - I didn’t!
On day 3 at around 9.30am I received an automated phone call saying that they had sent me a quote by email. I looked and found two emails, but they were both blank! Nothing in them!
So I rang and spoke to a gentleman, explaining what had happened and that I thought I could go back to the inventory and finish it later once I had double checked everything. But found that once I completed it I couldn’t get back in. Also there was nowhere on the form for me to say I wanted them to do my packing. He said that was okay, they could do that, but no explanation as to how they would quote for it. He would email the inventory back to me for me to finish off.
By 7.00pm I still hadn’t received it.
They advertise a 24 hour service so I rang and left a message asking them to call me.
I rang again the following morning day 4, and left another message asking them to ring me. Today is day 5 and I haven’t heard from them.
And that is the story of my relationship with Kwikshift.
After my experience so far I would be worried about them handling my removal as they haven’t exactly inspired my trust.
