since my first complaint on 16/11, I am still waiting for my order to be completed. I have received a cup which was not for my child, so I'm missing a cup + I have asked that at least one more cup should be reprinted, because the images on my other cups are not straight. This is becoming ridiculous, I have to chase them again and again. Their team said my cups were dispatched on the 21/11 and again on the 27/11, which I very doubt was the case, as of today, I still haven't received anything from them. how could 2 parcels be missing???
I'm so disappointed with this company, as this is the second year in a row they are messing with my orders.

Doesn't show you an example of what the artwork you're ordering will actually look like on items 🤔🤷 Want an extortionate £7 delivery fee for a pack of cards!!!! That is an unjustifiable rip off! 🤮 Are they coming wrapped in gold, doubt it's even 1st class. I'm disgusted. Will not be ordering.
