"Great Experience with PartsInMotion"

I required a new ignition coil for my car and after doing some research I was able to find the correct part on PartsInMotion at a considerably reduced price compared to other suppliers. I was hesitant at first due to the low price and having never used them before but reading many positive reviews I decided to go for it and make the purchase. Due to time being of the essence I paid £4.99 for next day delivery.

Unfortunately, through no fault of PartsInMotion who dispatched the item in a timely manner, my order was delayed in transit and failed to arrive next day as expected.

I contacted customer support and spoke to a very helpful agent named Charlie who apologised for the delay and was happy to refund my shipping costs without hesitation after explaining the situation.

The part ordered was correct and as described. I will use this company again in future and will have no hesitation recommending them to others.

"Awful Customer Service"

I ordered a set of 4 Brembo brake discs. All were showing as in stock. I received the 2 rear discs after 2-3 days. I expected the fronts to follow. I then noticed my credit card had been credited for the front discs. I called customer service to check the status. They informed me that the order for the front discs had been cancelled as they were out of stock. They said they had sent me an email. No sign of this in my inbox or any junk mail folder. The guy said he could source me 2 equivalent front discs to OE spec. I pointed out that they would not then match the very specific Brembo discs I'd ordered (dimpled, grooved and coated). He just kept saying that they would be to original OE spec.... SO I'm left with trying to source the discs from somewhere else. No apology from Parts in Motion. Also, they are still showing stock for this part, so I'd be very wary of their stock position. I'm very annoyed with my experience with them

PIM used to be quite good to deal with, but off lately, their response to emails is slow or not at all! Website can be a right pain to login to as well! Not sure whats happened to them and this is only based on my recent experiences with them!

Received very poor after sales service from PartsInMotion. They refuse to accept incorrect details have been published about their item, and refuse to accept return of the item. Dissapointed.
