"Broken parts and awful response "

I ordered a coolant tank after they were very helpful on the phone and I paid extra for Saturday delivery.

The tank arrived but the coolant level sensor had snapped so I fitted the tank and an old sensor for now as my car was off the road.

I emailed the support team for a new sensor expecting for one to be sent out but instead they are trying to put through a warranty claim and want me to send the whole tank back which is now on the vehicle, drop the £30 of coolant I put in and be without a vehicle whilst I wait for their claim.

Other company’s will send a new sensor or offer a partial refund as I have photographed evidence but no these want me to be without a car unable to get to work.

Won’t be using again
