I regularly use Parts In Motion and they always manage to exceed my expectations both with prices and delivery.
Their range of brands of parts is good, and the information and help if you need to discuss or double check fitting/compatibility is great - you can also contact them to ask via email, or phone.
I run a small mechanics workshop and I have several large brand motor factors locally to me, but if I have the time to order from Parts in Motion in time for the jobs i have booked in, then I will always use them for their range and lower prices.
Recently there was an issue with postage - unfortunately something went missing in the post, not their fault, but when we worked out what had happened, parts in motion were on top of it quickly and refunded me which they didnt have to do! It was very kind of them, and i managed to get around the problem.

I would 100% recommend them to anyone, although I do the job to earn a living and would prefer to keep Parts in Motion as my secret supplier! They help me to earn just a little bit more, and help me to stay competitive/keep prices down for my customers, which keeps the customers happy too!

Ordered wiper blades for our cars. Unfortunately, one item was missing after Royal Mail delivered it. Rico from the sales department sorted out the issue very quickly. Has been using this company initially from eBay now ordering from their website. Prices are good. Will be using them again.

The sign of a good company in my opinion, is how quick they put things right when things go wrong.
Royal mail left a damaged package on my door step at 7.48pm and legged it. (Area covered by CCTV)
The bottom of the package was ripped open and 1 of a pair items was missing.
Notified Parts in Motion the following morning of the missing part.
They sent a replacement part that afternoon 24Hr delivery.
Excellent customer service, highly recommended.
