The service tech was very polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He was very informative to the fixes he was doing and advised us to call for a future update we needed and explained that would not be a charge as well. Very pleasant experience!

Alarm system stopped working (screen completely shut off even though outlet plugged into was working) and called Alert 360 help line, which said they would send a tech out at a specific date and time after 2 weeks. Tech never showed up, so we called Alert 360 again, who stated they would send another tech and confirmed another date and time after another 2 weeks. Second time, tech still did not show up. Called Alert 360 again who apologized for the confusion and then was insistent on purchasing a renewal with installment of a new system for a contract of 3 years; not what we asked for, we simply wanted our system checked by a tech first to see what the issue was. Frustating.. We were still paying for the service even though the alarm system screen was off/ not working. Recently canceled due to unsatisfactory service, spoke directly with customer service on the line. Alert 360 sent a confirmation email which we responded immediately with the appropriate requested information to disconnect the service which was previously paid month to month, after the contract expired we did not want to renew it. 2 months later after cancelation and still getting charged? Had to report unauthorized charges to bank. Stay away from this company. Horrible service.
