I ordered some vape juices - this particular flavour and strength is especially difficult to get hold of, but still stocks at MyCigara. My order arrived incomplete, and despite having difficulty contacting them via phone/email, they responded and were very proactive in solving the issue. They provided me with a refund and a gift voucher as an apology for the experience. They were also quick to reply with updates about the situation. Thank you Noreen for your help!

The follow up with Rob was nothing short of excellent. He dealt with the issue well, was always very quick in his response and very helpful if I had any product questions generally.
