Shockingly bad, I mean really, really bad. It's been almost 3 weeks and I still don't have my parts. To make matters worse, no one at this company seems to know where the parts are either. Remarkably disorganized company. Meanwhile, I have a car torn down in my shop waiting for parts that I ordered and paid for. I am beginning to doubt if I will ever get the parts. I am now looking to source them elsewhere and double pay.

The parts themselves were good, the employees handing out the parts seemed annoyed everytime she had to look for someones parts and it made it uncomfortable to ask so i just waited an hour until someone else called my parts for pickup

It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t received my part. Terrible customer service and I haven’t been compensated or received my part.

They have got lots of handy products that are hard to find elsewhere.
Seemed there was a lot of employees standing around doing nothing. They kept me waiting for ages it seemed. There's a sign that says if you've been waiting more than 20 minutes see the cashier. Once I started pacing around impatiently I suddenly got helped.
All in all I was happy with the products I purchased.
