They sent the wrong parts and when I called to get a refund they wanted to charge me restocking fees and shipping. I ordered what the picture said and they sent another thing. I would never buy from them. Really bad service don't you ever buy from them. If I could make it -5stars I would give them that.

Horrible service, we placed order on 25th of January, and they said it will be delivered in 4-5 business days, today is 8th of February, and it is not shipped yet, costumer service in Houston location is awful, they were suppose to ship from there and charged 199$ for shipping, but did not ship the parts or updated us, we tried to reach them, but they were not at store on the weekend, and i spend 3 hours Today, they promised they will ship and still did not ship, we did not get any confirmation whatsoever, i needed those parts badly, please stay away from this guys, do your business else where, save your time and money and stay away fro headache, i dont know why how this guys, are still doing business

Because of an error on your website. The part I ordered was incorrect. The tail light assembly for my 2010 Mercedes GL450 was not as presented in your online ad. The vehicular fitment indicated 2007-2010. My inv# 110685. After speaking with a representative name Brad and being informed that return shipping was my responsibility and a 20% restocking fee would be deducted from my refund. I’ve shipped the part with FedEx Ground. The website ad misled me please correct it.
