I had a bad experience with these guys a year ago,but I thought I’d give them another try. Bad idea
I ordered a tailight. I received two tailights. I didn’t order two identical tailights. Both orders placed the same day 10 minutes apart at two different AutoFit locations in two different states.
However when I received the second tailight and gave it back it to FedEx I called AutoFit to tell them about the double order and customer service was terrible. Gave me a script first and then started arguing with me
He said I’m into them for shipping for the second shipment and the return for over 30 bucks.
There was obviously a problem with the online order but I’m automatically at fault according to AutoFit’s rep. I didn’t go back refresh or re submit an order for the same part.
As I said I’ve had problems in the past and simply forgot not to use them.
You’re wrong no matter what happens if it means they lose a penny
