SCAMMERS! I ordered a 300 dollar hood for my 2012 chevy cruze and it arrived different than described. I expected it to be primed but when I washed it with plain water the black was coming off. Called company and they said it's a coating to prevent rust, this is impossible because coating lasts 15 to 20 years. They refuse to replace or refund. Worst service ever!

"Customer service is a pain..."

I had ordered a chrome bumper from AUTOFiT but received a black powder coated bumper instead. Clearly, the wrong part was shipped to me. Although this was very inconveniencing, I understand mistakes happen. Although their customer service was quite responsive, I didn't appreciate the constant request for pictures of the product and various numbers on the box. I literally had to send multiple pictures of any and all numbers on the box or product. Given the shipping cost, I understand one picture to confirm that I did indeed receive the wrong product but it's not my problem if the box wasn't marked correctly causing this issue in their warehouse. As a side note, the box was correctly marked as a black bumper. Once it was determined that I did receive the wrong item, they immediately should have issued me a pre-paid label to ship it back - not constantly ask for additional pictures of typed or hand written numbers on the box as if it was my fault. In the end this was resolved, but it shouldn't have been this difficult. And BTW, there never was a chrome bumper in stock although the website said there was. Different problem that needs corrected as well but that is what caused this issue to begin with.

"Very Poor Customer service"

Poor Customer service. I ordered wrong part by mistake and so try to contact customer service but never got response back. Twice thru their website and once by phone call. They took my number, name and order number but never got call back.

Horrible all the way around! Ordered a part last Thursday today is Thursday part has not been shipped! Calling is lots of fun to find out why the hell it hasn’t been shipped could not find it misplaced 🙄 AGAIN A WEEK! Shipping cost 150 so yea I’m pissed to the max! Should have bought it on eBay. I know I’ll never ever buy another part off the site
