Parts fit great, good quality ,great prices, but shipping is really redicoulus , this was the most expensive fed charges that I have seen, if the shipping was half of what I seen I would say it was a 5 star for sure, auto fit from Chicago used to use greyhound , thanks

Absolutely unprofessional customer service! Please consider providing appropriate training to your staff, so they:

1. Do not say to a customer on the phone, "O, I have no clue what you are talking about; I'm transferring you to a different department!"

2. Focus on the issue your customer is trying to explain, rather than arguing with customer, trying to convince your customer of something else, every two minutes pronouncing, "OK! Bye bye!", putting customer in a position of replying to every such "bye bye" as, "Hang on! It is not bye-bye yet, we still did not solve the issue I'm calling you about!"

Professionalism in crucial, especially when working with people, when working in Customer Service.

Parts were late . cant get ahold of anybody to fix the problems. I was promised delivery charges to be paid back now cant get ahold of anyone again. Parts damaged again cant get ahold of anyone to discuss the issue. Not happy
