Der Shop ist sehr gelungen. Er reagiert schnell und die Such-, Filter- und Sortierfunktionen sind sehr gut.

Lieferung erfolgte sehr zügig.

First of all, I found a product there that was nowhere to be found in France. Also, they answered very quickly, were extremely helpful, shipped quickly, and the communication was very smooth. What more can you really hope for?

Ich bestelle regelmässig (beruflich und privat) bei MusiX. Es gab noch nie ein Problem. Der Versand der Waren ist schnell und zuverlässig. Die Artikel sind jeweils auch sehr gut verpackt. Die Kommunikation ist erstklassig und bei einer Frage kriegt man auch zeitnah einen freundlichen Mitarbeieter ans Telefon. Alle Lieferfristen wurden eingehalten und bei nicht lagernden Artikel ehrlich über die Beschaffungszeit (ab Fremdlager) informiert. In einem Fall wurde diese sogar noch deutlich unterschritten. Besser geht's nicht. Zur Abwicklung von Retouren/Garantie kann ich nichts sagen, da ich das noch nicht gebraucht habe.

I wanted to buy a guitar and a bass.
An evening I sent Musix a mail asking for information and they replied the following morning.
I then placed my order on November 6th at 9.30 AM.
A few hours later I got a mail with the shipment confirmation and tracking details.
In the following hours I got several updates and info.
Today (Nov 7th) I got my order delivered at home at 8.45. Less than 24 hours since my order.
The only way to do better would be to have somebody driving their car to my place at the moment the order is received :)
