Ordering was very easy! The proof came very quickly and the order was placed promptly. I had to add a few more shirts after the order was place and the staff member (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) was very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. I was sent emails and updated on every step. Whole process was very easy!

"Website Error Creates Frustration"

When I designed my shirt online, I designed both a front and a back. When I submitted it and checked out, there was no mention of an additional cost for printing the back. Bolt says they also didn't receive the artwork for the back, only the front. I am thankful that they were able to print the shirts *almost* as I intended but it was a lot of back and forth, which was furstrating. I was travelling the day that proof came in and had to verbally explain what I was loooking for. I also went over budget but I didn't have a choice based on my timeline in when I needed the shirts. The website obviously has a glitch where I was able to design the back, was apprarently not quoted accurate pricing and the design was never sent to the producer. Not the best experience.
