The responsiveness of the agency is very prompt.However I feel the charges are 3 times compared to other platforms.I was charged 30k which includes Covid insurance of $150 which I feel is not important in current times.However,they agreed to refund it upon my request but still the balance I would have paid after the refund is much higher than what the other platforms like MMT are charging.

We were scammed for an emergency UAE visa paid 338 USD and 10 days later can not get a reply, chat bot unresponsive, no one picks up calls and no email replies. Used another agency and had a visa the same day online for 100 USD!
